Project inquiries
The contact form collects your name, email address, selected service, project budget and message. The form sends those details to Webixa's own website endpoint at /api/contact.php, which validates the request before attempting to deliver the inquiry to Webixa's configured email inbox.
The bundled form handler uses a honeypot field and a rate-limit mechanism. Its temporary rate-limit files store timestamps keyed from a one-way value derived from the request address; the form handler is designed not to place inquiry text or email credentials in those temporary files. Diagnostic error logging uses a reference code and controlled error category rather than the submitted form fields.
How the inquiry is delivered
If the form passes validation, the server uses its configured SMTP mail settings to send the inquiry to the recipient mailbox. Webixa uses the submitted information to respond to the inquiry and discuss the requested project. If delivery cannot be confirmed, the website displays an error message so you can use email or WhatsApp instead.
Email and WhatsApp
Email and WhatsApp links open the communication service you choose. Information you send through those services is also subject to the privacy and security practices of the relevant provider.
Website resources and external links
This website loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Links to third-party services, including the Shopify App Store and other external websites, lead to services with their own privacy practices. The hosting provider may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the website.
The public website code included with this site does not add a separate advertising or analytics tracker. If tracking tools are added later, this page should be reviewed so the description remains accurate.
