A practical search strategy for your business
Search visibility starts with explaining what you offer and making that information easy to find. Webixa Technology provides remote SEO support for service businesses, ecommerce stores and agencies targeting customers in the United States.
We begin with your website, audience and business priorities. A local service provider needs a different page structure from a store with hundreds of products. Your proposal identifies the pages to improve, the technical work involved and the measurements we can use to review progress.
What our SEO services can include
Technical SEO audits and implementation
Review crawl access, indexing signals, redirects, canonical URLs, sitemap entries and broken internal links. We turn findings into a prioritized list and agree which fixes Webixa will implement and which require your hosting provider or development team. Performance and mobile usability issues can also be included in the review.
Keyword research and search intent
Identify the questions and service searches relevant to your customers. We map suitable topics to existing pages, identify content gaps and avoid making several pages compete for the same purpose. The focus is on relevance to your offer, rather than a large list of unrelated keywords.
On-page SEO and service-page content
Improve page titles, descriptions, headings, internal links and descriptive image text. Content work explains the service, who it suits, what is included and how to make an inquiry. We use your actual experience and project information; any examples, results or testimonials need supporting details from your business.
WordPress and Shopify SEO support
Review service pages, product information, collections and navigation in the context of your platform. When a change requires development, we can coordinate it with our WordPress development or Shopify development services. Theme changes, app costs and larger rebuilds are agreed separately.
Local search planning
For businesses serving a defined area, we review whether the website clearly explains the services and locations genuinely covered. The scope can include consistent business details and profile support where the business is eligible. Location content should provide useful, specific information about real operations.
Search Console and analytics reporting
Establish a baseline and review relevant search queries, landing pages, organic visits and agreed inquiry events where tracking is available. Reports explain completed work, observed changes and the next priorities. A form submission or WhatsApp click is an inquiry signal; confirmed sales require follow-up data from your business.
How an SEO project works
- Understand the business: Share your website, services, target customers and current concerns. We review available Search Console and analytics data.
- Agree the priorities: Define the pages, technical fixes, content responsibilities and reporting scope before work begins.
- Implement and review: Prepare the agreed changes, check affected pages and confirm content accuracy with your team.
- Measure and refine: Review available performance data over time and choose the next improvements based on evidence.
One-time improvements or ongoing support?
A focused project may suit a website needing an audit, a set of service-page updates or specific technical fixes. Ongoing support may suit a business that regularly adds products, publishes useful content or needs continued monitoring and implementation. We recommend a scope after reviewing your requirements.
Pricing depends on website size, technical condition, the amount of content work and the level of reporting required. Paid tools, development outside the agreed scope and advertising spend are separate unless your proposal includes them. If you also need campaigns, explore our paid advertising services.
SEO implementation for agencies
Need help delivering client work? Webixa can support agreed technical tasks and page updates within your agency workflow. Share the brief, approval process and reporting requirements through our agency partnership service.
SEO questions, answered
Can you guarantee a first-page or number-one ranking?
No. We commit to the agreed research, implementation and reporting. Search positions depend on competition, content, website history and search engine systems outside our control.
How long will it take to see results?
There is no fixed timeline. Some changes can be reflected sooner than others, while broader improvements may take months to assess. We establish a baseline and review progress over time instead of promising an immediate ranking increase.
Can you help with pages that are not indexed?
We can investigate crawl access, indexing directives, canonical signals, internal links and page content, then address identified issues within scope. Requesting a crawl does not guarantee indexing; Google decides whether to include a page.
Do I need a new website before starting SEO?
Not necessarily. We first review the current website. Many projects can begin with content and technical improvements; a rebuild is discussed only if the existing setup prevents the agreed work.
What access or information do you need?
Start by sending your website URL, main services, target market and goals. If we proceed, we agree on the appropriate website and reporting access, content sources and approval contact.
Do you buy backlinks or include paid advertising?
Paid links intended to manipulate rankings are not part of our service. Any legitimate promotion is scoped separately. Advertising campaigns and media spend are also separate from organic SEO work unless explicitly included in your proposal.
How will I know what work has been completed?
The agreed reporting includes completed tasks, affected pages, available performance measurements and recommended next steps. Reporting frequency and deliverables are confirmed in your proposal.
Let’s review your search priorities.
Send your website URL, target market and the services or products you want customers to find. We will discuss a suitable scope for your business.
