Delivery capacity that fits behind your agency
When client work grows, hiring another permanent team member is not always the right immediate step. Webixa can support defined projects or agreed recurring capacity while your agency keeps ownership of strategy, account management and the client relationship.
We work from your brief, design files and brand standards. Before production starts, the engagement identifies who assigns work, who approves it, how feedback is consolidated and whether Webixa has any direct client contact. The goal is to reduce delivery pressure without creating uncertainty about ownership.
Work your agency can hand off
WordPress and WooCommerce implementation
Hand off approved website designs, reusable page sections, service pages, WooCommerce changes or maintenance tasks. We can work within an existing build when the codebase and access are suitable, or scope a new implementation separately.
Shopify theme and store updates
Shopify support can include theme configuration, Liquid sections, product and collection setup, content changes and agreed app integrations. Store-specific requirements are reviewed before work so platform or app limitations are visible.
SEO and landing-page implementation
If your agency owns strategy and research, Webixa can implement agreed titles, headings, content updates, internal links, redirects and selected technical fixes. Landing pages for campaigns can also be built from an approved brief and design.
Creative production and video editing
Social graphics, campaign assets, ecommerce banners, presentations and short-form video edits can be produced within supplied brand guidelines. Deliverable sizes, editable files, source material and revision rounds are defined in the task.
Maintenance and scoped automation
For ongoing accounts, we can support website updates, migrations, troubleshooting or specific workflow automations. Recurring work is easier to manage when task priorities, available hours and response expectations are agreed in advance.
Start with a paid pilot
A small paid project gives both teams a practical way to evaluate communication, implementation quality and review workflow. Choose a concrete deliverable with a clear acceptance point, provide the required access and assets, and identify the person who will consolidate feedback.
If the pilot works well, the relationship can move to project-by-project delivery or an agreed monthly capacity arrangement. Larger features still receive their own scope so recurring support does not turn into unlimited development.
A simple white-label workflow
- Your agency owns the brief: Supply the objective, approved content or design, technical requirements and deadline.
- We confirm dependencies: Review access, platform limitations, missing assets and any questions that affect the estimate.
- Webixa implements the agreed work: Work is delivered through the communication and review process defined for the engagement.
- Your agency reviews and presents: Feedback is consolidated, agreed revisions are completed and final files or access changes are handed back.
Protect the client relationship and the work
Confidentiality, source-file ownership, account access and client-contact rules should be documented before work begins. Where practical, your agency should keep ownership of client domains, hosting, advertising accounts and paid licenses. Third-party subscriptions, stock assets, app fees and advertising spend remain visible rather than being hidden inside delivery costs.
Agency partnership questions, answered
Can you work completely under our agency brand?
Yes, when the engagement defines the white-label process, communication channel and client-contact rules. Your agency can remain the visible owner of the relationship.
Do we need to commit to monthly hours?
No. A defined paid pilot or project can be the first step. Recurring capacity can be discussed after both teams understand the workflow.
Can you work from our Figma or design files?
Yes, provided the design, responsive expectations and required assets are available. We review the handoff first and flag anything that affects implementation.
Can you join client calls?
Only if the engagement calls for it. Many white-label projects keep all client communication with the agency, while others may include agreed technical participation.
Who owns the final files and accounts?
Ownership and handover are stated in the proposal. In most client-service setups, the agency or client should retain control of business accounts, domains and paid licenses.
Can you support urgent fixes?
Possibly, depending on access and current capacity. Ongoing arrangements can define support windows and priorities, but unlimited or guaranteed emergency coverage is not assumed.
Start with one clear agency handoff.
Share the platform, deliverable, design or content status, deadline and approval process. We can review the dependencies and propose a practical pilot or project scope.
