A visual system your business can use consistently
Branding is more useful when it gives the business a repeatable way to make decisions. A logo on its own does not explain how a social post, website banner, presentation or advertisement should look. Webixa develops practical visual direction and marketing assets that help those touchpoints feel connected.
We begin with the material you already have: logo files, colors, fonts, photography, previous campaigns and examples of where the identity will be used. The scope can focus on refining an existing identity or creating the visual foundation for a new offer. Naming, positioning workshops and broader brand strategy are included only when they are specifically agreed.
What our branding and graphic design services can include
Logo refinement and visual identity guidance
Existing logos can be cleaned up, adapted for common placements and supported with a practical color and typography system. Deliverables can include primary and alternate logo files, color values, type guidance and simple rules for spacing or background use. The goal is to make everyday production easier, not to create a complicated document nobody uses.
Social media templates and campaign graphics
We can design reusable post formats, carousel layouts, story graphics and campaign variations for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. When Webixa is also handling social media management, the templates can be built around the content categories and publishing rhythm agreed for the account.
Advertising and ecommerce creative
Digital ad graphics, offer banners, product-focused layouts and ecommerce promotional assets can be prepared in platform-appropriate dimensions. Creative work is coordinated with the campaign brief so headlines, calls to action and visual hierarchy support the same offer instead of competing with it.
Company profiles and presentations
Business profiles, sales presentations and proposal graphics can be brought into the same visual system. We organize supplied copy, images and data into a clear hierarchy and prepare the agreed editable or presentation-ready format. Content writing, charts or major copy restructuring can be added when included in scope.
Print-ready marketing materials
Selected print items such as flyers, brochures, business cards or signage layouts can be prepared when dimensions, printer requirements and final copy are available. Printing itself, specialist photography and third-party asset purchases are separate unless explicitly included.
How a design project works
- Review the existing brand: Gather logos, colors, examples, required formats and the business context behind the work.
- Agree on direction: Define the visual problem, references, deliverables, file formats and revision process before producing the full set.
- Design and refine: Develop the agreed pieces, collect consolidated feedback and apply revisions within the approved direction.
- Prepare handover: Export final files, organize editable assets where included and identify any fonts, stock or licenses your team needs to keep.
Editable files, fonts and third-party assets
The proposal states which editable source files are included and which applications or formats are being used. Fonts, stock images, icons or other licensed materials may have usage rules or ongoing costs. We identify those dependencies so the business knows what it can edit and what it must license separately.
If the design work is part of a website project, we can coordinate it with our WordPress development or Shopify work so the visual system carries into the live customer experience.
Creative support for agencies
Agencies can use Webixa for defined production work such as social templates, campaign assets, presentation layouts or ecommerce banners. Provide the client brand guide, dimensions, reference material and approval process through our agency partnership service.
Branding and graphic design questions, answered
Will I receive editable source files?
Editable files can be included. The proposal identifies the source formats, final exports and any software, font or asset licenses needed to work with them.
Can you work with my current logo?
Yes. We can build a more consistent visual system around an existing logo and color palette without forcing a complete rebrand.
Can you design social media templates?
Yes. We can create reusable single-post, carousel and story layouts sized for the platforms in your scope and aligned with your existing visual identity.
Do you also create ad creatives?
Yes. Static advertising graphics and coordinated campaign assets can be scoped separately or combined with paid advertising support.
Can you create a company profile or presentation?
Yes. Provide the approved copy, images and required sections. We can organize the material into a consistent branded layout and deliver the agreed editable or presentation format.
Are stock images, fonts and printing included?
Not automatically. Third-party licenses, paid stock, specialist photography and printing costs are identified separately unless the written scope includes them.
How many revision rounds are included?
The number of revision rounds is defined in the proposal. Consolidated feedback helps keep revisions focused and avoids conflicting directions from multiple reviewers.
Build a more consistent visual presence.
Share your current logo or brand assets, the materials you need and examples of where the design will be used. We can then define the right deliverables and handover formats.
